In an application for community funds through ACAPORAMA (ACA 108/2022) in an illegible global investment of €68,985.38, which had support from our Regional Government but also from the Câmara Municipal. Câmara Municipal de Câmara de Lobos which covered the difference in approximately of €11,400.00, which allowed us to uncompromise the parish council's own revenue and thus continue to provide day-to-day responses whether in the maintenance and small repairs of public spaces and also continue to comply with the social support that we make our population available. Therefore, we want to thank everyone involved in this project, who with the acquisition of this van adapted for wheelchair users comes to solve a gap that existed and that was felt by our customers who need this special transport. The acquisition of this adapted van allowed us to provide another mobility service to our wheelchair-bound customers. Whether for personal matters in your life, but who need to use public services inside and outside the parish or even for leisure moments, you can use this free service as long as it is properly scheduled 48 hours in advance. When it comes to health consultations and treatments, they should always use existing transport support mechanisms for this purpose.
