The festival of Saint Christopher, accomplished every year by the population of Curral das Freiras, to happen this year on August  5th and 6th. On the 5th of August, at the end of the day there will be a small meeting next to the chapel of Saint Christopher.

By 11am on the 6th, there will be the usual relegion ceremony in the parish of Curral das Freiras, followed by a car procession.
